KingSpry congratulates partner Jonathan Huerta who has been invited to present at the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) Federal Practice Institute on October 20, 2023.
In this full day workshop, federal judges and seasoned practitioners use a hypothetical case to review the key procedures in federal practice, providing valuable practice tips and strategies for litigating a case in federal court.
Mr. Huerta concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation and education law. He is chair of the firm’s Local Tax and Assessment Appeals Group and is currently serving as a board member of PSBA.
He earned his Juris Doctorate from Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business Foundations from the University of Texas at Austin.
He has been named a Super Lawyer Rising Star, a Future Leader of the Lehigh Valley by the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Excellence in Business Awards, and most recently, was named the GLVCC’s LGBTQ Business Council Ally of the Year.
