KingSpry partner Jonathan Huerta will be a panelist at “Protected & Empowered: LGBTQ Protections & Advocacy” presented by the LGBTQ Business Council on April 30, 2026 at Lehigh University.
The panel will dive into the legal, financial, and social protections available to LGBTQ individuals and families, while also highlighting intersectionality and how overlapping identities shape access to safety and support, with the goal to have attendees leave with practical tools, resources, and confidence to advocate for themselves and their communities.
Mr. Huerta is Chair of the firm’s Local Taxation and Assessment Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of general civil litigation and education law. He has been recognized as a Future Leader of the Lehigh Valley at the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Excellence in Business Awards and most recently, as the LGBTQ Business Council Ally of the Year. He is a former Board Chair of the GLVCC LGBTQ Business Council.
