KingSpry congratulates attorney Dorota Gasienica-Kozak who has been appointed Vice Chair of the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley’s Board of Directors.
She will serve a two-year term through July 31, 2022.
Ms. Kozak is a partner and chair of the firm’s Adoption/Assisted Reproductive Technology Law section.
In addition to her work with United Way, Ms. Kozak is also the Past Chair of the Board of Governors of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, and she volunteers with many community organizations including the legal clinic at Bradbury Sullivan LGBT Community Center.
“In my legal practice, we work to help build and protect families, so I see every day how powerful we can be when we work together. I am honored to be serving alongside my fellow board members and the UWGLV staff at a time when so many of our neighbors need support,” said Kozak.
The mission of United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley is to provide the leadership, convene the partnerships, and develop the resources and solutions that improve education, emergency services, food access and healthy aging throughout Lehigh, Northampton and Carbon counties.
“We are in this together,” Kozak said.
