KingSpry proudly congratulates attorneys Brian J. Taylor and Taisha K. Tolliver Duran who have been elevated to partners with the firm as of January 1, 2026.

Brian J. Taylor
Attorney Taylor practices in the areas of litigation, alternative dispute resolution, education and employment law. He is the chair of the firm’s Investigations and Compliance Services Team. He is a certified Title IX investigator through SUNY’s Student Conduct Institute, and regularly conducts internal investigations for clients on Title IX, employment discrimination and workplace disputes including harassment, retaliation and breaches of codes of conduct and other policies.
Mr. Taylor has been a member of several trial teams that have obtained verdicts of a million dollars or more and has handled cases in numerous jurisdictions and other states. Currently, he serves as general counsel, assistant solicitor and trial counsel for numerous school districts, intermediate units, colleges and universities. He also is on staff as part of the Office of the Executive Vice President of Princeton University. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law.

Taisha K. Tolliver Duran
Attorney Tolliver-Duran focuses her practice in business, real estate, education and employment matters. Her professionalism and devotion to her practice has earned her various recognitions throughout her legal career. She has been named as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, “Rising Star” (2021-2025) and a New Jersey Super Lawyer, “Rising Star” (2017-2020). Ms. Tolliver-Duran is also named in the National Black Lawyers Top 100 and has been recognized as a “Woman of Influence” and a “Forty Under 40” honoree by Lehigh Valley Business.
Ms. Tolliver-Duran is strongly dedicated to serving her community, serving as a mentor with Generation Next, a college readiness program aimed towards providing underprivileged and underrepresented students with equal access to educational opportunities. Her commitment to her community is further exemplified through her work as an Adjunct Professor at Rowan University and as a board member of Bloom for Women. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law.
