KingSpry congratulates attorney Sarah Modrick, who has been named a Woman of Influence for 2026 by Lehigh Valley Business.
Modrick and the other 2026 honorees will accept their awards at a special ceremony on May 6.
Attorney Modrick focuses her practice in litigation, employment, labor and education law. Primarily working with school entities, she has extensive experience in the public sector. She also reviews contracts for school entities, advises on school board related matters and consults regarding myriad issues impacting school districts.
“As a seasoned attorney working alongside newer attorneys and paralegals, my goal is not only to share technical knowledge but also to help cultivate confidence, discipline, and a strong sense of ethical responsibility,” Modrick says. “I believe professional growth is best supported through steady guidance, constructive feedback, and ongoing encouragement. I am deeply grateful to the mentors who helped shape my career, and I make it a priority to provide the same guidance and support to the next generation.”
In addition to her work on behalf of KingSpry, Ms. Modrick is also involved with many professional and charitable organizations including the East Penn Foundation and the Friends of the Lower Macungie Library where she serves as the immediate Past President.
In her recommendation letter, KingSpry Employment Chair Avery Smith noted, “Sarah’s influence extends well beyond her day-to-day legal work; she lifts others through mentorship, civic engagement, and sustained service. Her leadership enhances not only her profession, but also the lives of countless individuals. Her professional accomplishments, community leadership, and personal integrity embody the spirit of this honor.”
