Posted on October 16th, 2025

KingSpry is proud to welcome attorneys Kevin Brinker, Gianna Corpora and Gina Salash to the law firm.

Kevin Brinker focuses his practice in municipal, public finance and real estate law.

As a municipal and public finance attorney, Attorney Brinker handles complex legal and financial challenges for municipalities and school districts. Ranging from drafting ordinances and resolutions to contract review, he provides his clients with trusted, common sense legal counsel to ensure effective governance.

Prior to joining KingSpry, Attorney Brinker gained experience as Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Thomas M. Caffrey, Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas and the Honorable William T. Tully, Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas, as well as a legal internship in the Northampton County District Attorney’s Office.

Attorney Brinker earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School where he graduated cum laude, was the Internal Managing Editor of Widener Commonwealth Law Review, and earned the CALI Award for Legal Methods II. He graduated cum laude from King’s College with a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science.

She reviews contracts for school entities, advises on school board related matters and provides guidance regarding different issues impacting schools.

Attorney Corpora joined KingSpry as an associate after serving as the firm’s legal intern during her third year of law school. She also served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Children’s Advocacy Clinic and as a judicial intern for President Judge Emeritus Jack A. Panella, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

As a lifelong resident of Easton, Attorney Corpora is proud to practice in and serve the Lehigh Valley community. Attorney Corpora graduated cum laude from Penn State Dickinson Law, where she was a Dean’s Fellow (Student Leadership and Advisory Board to the Dean), Treasurer of the Women’s Law Caucus and a member of the Moot Court team. She graduated magna cum laude from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Education and Public Policy.

Gina Salash focuses her practice in adoption, assisted reproductive technology, family and estate law.

With a versatile practice spanning adoption and family law, employment matters, and estate planning and administration, I am able to guide clients through every stage of life — from before birth to beyond death — and adapt to their needs as challenges arise.

Prior to joining KingSpry, Attorney Salash served as a summer intern with Rudas Law where she assisted with administrative needs and client preparation. She also served as a legal intern with the Central Pennsylvania Civil Law Clinic and a law clerk at Webber Law.

Attorney Salash earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School and graduated cum laude. She was an active contributor to the Widener Commonwealth Law Review and published an article Distancing From Precedent & Procedures in Favor of an Uninformed Public: A Survey of Energy Transfer v. Friedman, 34 Widener Commw. L. Rev. 525 (2025). She also served as an Academic Success Fellow. She graduated magna cum laude from Millersville University with a B.S. in Accounting.
